You receive 20% on a referred researcher's first order and 10% on every subsequent order from that account, for the lifetime of the account. There's no cap and no limit on how many researchers or labs you can refer.
Payouts start processing on the 1st of each month for the previous month's delivered orders, and continue up until the 2nd-to-last business day unless it falls on a Friday. Payouts may take 1–7 days to process and 1–5 business days to reflect in your bank. The minimum payout threshold is $1. Only delivered orders count — cancelled orders before shipment are not eligible.
Referred researchers and labs receive 20% off their first order when using your unique referral code.
The referral tracking window is 30 days, giving researchers time to evaluate the catalogue and supporting documentation before their first order.
